| 4) The APCPDCL is not responsible for any delay (or ) non-receipt of tender schedule sent by post. | ||||||||||||
| 5) The cost of tender schedule will not be refunded under any circumstances. | ||||||||||||
| 6) The cost of tender schedule shall be paid in the form of separate DD drawn in favour of A.O.(Expr)/CO/APCPDCL/Anantapur for each Tender shedule. | ||||||||||||
| 7) If the date of opening of tenders happens to be a holiday the same will be opened on the next working day. | ||||||||||||
| 8) The CPDCL reserves the right to reject any (or) all the tenders with out assigning any reasons there of. | ||||||||||||
