OPEN TENDER NOTICE NO.13/2009-10 OF SE/OP/ATP PROCEEDINGS No.SE/O/ATP/T-Sub-Er./D.No.   3592 /09 Dt.  05-11-2009
Sealed tender are invited for the following works   in (Operation) circle Anantapur from the eligible contractors possessing  EPF code and Labour licence..
1	Erection of 33 KV and 11 KV Bays and switch yard works for the proposed 33/11 KV Sub-Station at HDN Halli (V) in Agali (M).
2	Erection of 4.5 KM 33 KV  & 4.0 KM 11 KV lines for the  proposed 33/11 KV Sub-Station at HDN Halli (V) in Agali (M).
3	Construction of control room cum call centre culvert, laying of WBM road, barbed wire fencing and other miscellaneous works fo the proposed 33/11 KV Sub-Station at HDN Halli (V) in Agali (M).
4	Drilling of 165mm dia borewell with submersible motor and other miscellaneous works for the proposed 33/11 KV Sub-Station HDN Halli (V) in Agali (M).
The date and time of receipt of tenders and opening of tenders is indicated below.
The tender documents can be purchased from the O/o. SE/ Operation / Anantapur on payment of cost of tender schedule. The cost of tender schedule for each specification is shown below and is to be paid in the form of DD drawn in favour of A.O(Expr)/ APCPDCL /CO/ Anantapur.  If tender schedule is to be sent by post an amount of Rs. 50/- shall be paid extra in addition to the cost of tender schedule

1)  Tender schedule will be issued			From   06 -10-2009 to   30 -11 -2009 on any working day during of3fice hours i.e. from 10.30 AM to 5.00 PM
2)  Last date for receipt of trender schedule			: Upto 15:00 Hrs.on   01  -12 -09
3)  Date of opening of sealed tenders:			:At 16:00 Hrs.on  01 -12 -09
4)  The APCPDCL is not responsible for any delay (or ) non-receipt of tender schedule sent by post.
5)  The cost of tender schedule will not be refunded under any circumstances.
6)  The cost of tender schedule shall be paid  in the form of separate DD drawn in favour of A.O.(Expr)/CO/APCPDCL/Anantapur for each Tender shedule.
7)  If the date of opening of tenders happens to be a holiday the same will be opened on the next working day.
8)  The CPDCL reserves the right to reject any (or) all the tenders with out assigning any reasons there of.
