A graduate in Electrical
Engineering from Sri Venkateswara University, Sri Ghulam Ahmed
joined the erstwhile APSEB as Junior Engineer in 1968 and rose to the
position of Chief Engineer (Comml) in AP Transco after having 33 years of
eventful service, where he retired in August,2001.
Shri Ghulam Ahmed has rich
experience in the fields of Rural Electrification, O&M of Sub
Transimission and distribution Network, Planning and Design of Urban and
Rural Distribution System, Development of Managment Information Systems
and Commercial issues. As former Chief Engineer (Comml) before
joining CPDCL as Director, he dealt subjects like all commerce and tariff
related issues, load approvals, load development and fixation of
Circle-wise Energy quotas in AP Transco. |
